You will assess patients, create and implement individualized plans, and evaluate outcomes while adhering to nursing standards and state regulations.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher nursing degree.
• Current RN licensure in Kansas or NLC multistate license.
• Valid BLS/ALS certification (ARC BLS, AHA BLS, or ARC ALS).

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care in pre-operative, ambulatory and surgical settings.
• Assess patients and develop individualized care plans.
• Prepare patients for surgical and procedural care.
• Maintain compliance with nursing standards and state regulations.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team to ensure high-quality care.
• Participate in scheduled surgery, PACU and ambulatory call shifts.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation.
