Job summary

The Clearing House in Charlotte, NC seeks a Client Implementations Pre-Onboarding Specialist to coordinate pre-onboarding and readiness for financial institutions, credit unions, and TPSPs across payment networks. You will guide onboarding requirements and milestones and work with internal teams to ensure timely progress.

You will lead client meetings, track timelines, and support agreements and access discussions, while coordinating with Sales, Legal, CRM, and Implementation teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in an operational, onboarding, implementation support, or client-facing role; banking or financial services background preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience documenting operational processes and requirements
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate across internal and external stakeholders
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Responsibilities

• Support pre-onboarding of new customers across TCH payment products by coordinating activities with banks, credit unions, and TPSPs
• Serve as a primary point of contact during pre-onboarding, managing communication, scheduling, and progress tracking
• Lead client-facing meetings to review pre-onboarding requirements, timelines, and next steps
• Support discussions related to agreements, access requirements and client profile options
• Assist with agreements initiation and execution for new customers and partners
• Support relationships with TPSPs and connectivity providers
• Track pre-onboarding progress, identify risks or delays, and escalate issues to ensure timelines are met
• Contribute to the development and standardization of pre-onboarding processes as the team expands to support additional TCH payment networks
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and enhance the client pre-onboarding experience
• Coordinate with internal teams including Sales, CRM, Legal and Client Implementations to support pre-onboarding activities
• Support post go-live activities, including client and TPSP follow-up, coordination of updates, and ongoing communication
• Monitor and report on participant counts, et al.
• Contribute to Pre-Onboarding Team self-identified risk efforts
