Job summary

The Clearing House is a banking association and payments company owned by the largest commercial banks in the United States. It operates the core US payments system infrastructure and is modernizing it with real-time capabilities.

The Client Implementation Specialist will lead onboarding and testing for TCH systems, coordinating across clients and internal teams to ensure successful implementations. Role requires experience with onboarding, UAT, and system integration, plus strong communication

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS or related field with minimum 5 years of experience.
Minimum 3+ years of client onboarding and integration experience.
Minimum 3+ years of testing support for internally developed applications.
Experience with Windows and Linux distributed systems, IBM MQ and Connect Direct technologies.
Definitive understanding of XML language used in messaging.
Strong written and verbal communication, including technical writing.

Responsibilities

Lead client onboarding and implementation activities for timely adoption of systems or products.
Develop certification plans that validate business and technical requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define acceptance criteria and test coverage.
Identify, document, and track issues and coordinate with technology teams to resolve.
Test new product software or enhancements and maintain detailed test results and logs.
Maintain documentation, including test results, defect logs, and metrics.
