Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage time independently and stay disciplined in daily prospecting.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with churches, civic groups, veterans groups, hospice partners, and senior communities.
• Schedule and run educational preplanning seminars per program.
• Set appointments and guide families through personalized preplanning and presentations.
• Provide professional and welcoming park tours.
• Prospect daily via seminars, web leads, file reviews, events, and outreach.
• Schedule 10–12 pre-need appointments weekly and log activity in CRM.
• Respond to phone inquiries and follow up professionally.
• Maintain accurate contract paperwork and required documentation.
• Track performance metrics and refine approach.
• Stay current on veterans benefits and end-of-life planning considerations.
• Deliver world-class service with a whatever it takes mindset.
• Participate in ongoing training with sales and regional leadership.
