NorthStar Memorial Group seeks a Community Development Advisor for Grace Memorial Gardens and Funeral Home in Hudson, FL to educate families on preplanning options and guide them through cemetery property, merchandise, services, and prearranged plans with compassion and integrity.

You will build relationships with churches, veterans groups, and senior communities; conduct seminars; schedule appointments; and maintain CRM records while staying informed about end‑of‑life planning considerations.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to learn federal, state, and local cemetery and funeral regulations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage time independently and daily prospecting.

Aufgaben

• Build meaningful relationships with churches, civic groups, veteran organizations, hospice partners, senior living communities, and other local organizations
• Schedule and conduct educational preplanning seminars in alignment with NorthStar's program
• Confidently set appointments and guide families through personalized preplanning and product presentations
• Provide professional and welcoming park tours
• Prospect daily through seminars, web leads, file reviews, events, and outreach
• Schedule 10–12 qualified pre-need appointments per week and track activity in CRM
• Respond to phone inquiries and follow up professionally
• Maintain accurate contract paperwork and documentation
• Track performance metrics and refine approach
• Stay current on veteran benefits, Social Security benefits, and end‑of‑life planning considerations
• Deliver world‑class service with a positive attitude
• Participate in ongoing training with sales and regional leadership
