Service Corporation International is seeking a sales-focused professional to drive monthly revenue for Dignity Memorial services. You will cultivate community relationships, present plans, and close contracts, supporting families with compassionate guidance.

The role requires scheduling and leading presentations, following up on referrals, and delivering service excellence while meeting performance targets and commission-based incentives.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred.
• CRM experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and tech skills are essential.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends and to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Meet monthly sales targets and generate qualified leads through community relationships.
• Present pre-need and at-need services to families and close contracts with care.
• Prospect through community events, networks, and referrals.
• Collaborate with SCI team to ensure high-quality service and follow-up with families.
