Job summary

Service Corporation International in the Oklahoma City area is seeking a Sales Associate to achieve monthly revenue targets through community outreach, lead qualification, and appointment setting for Dignity Memorial and pre-need services.

You will develop relationships, present planning guides, conduct tours as appropriate, and follow up with families to secure referrals, balancing evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred.
• Funeral Directors License where required by state law; Life Insurance license where required by state law; company will support obtaining licensing.
• CRM experience or related software is a plus.
• Sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attain or exceed monthly sales revenue quota and present pre-need services to families.
• Self-initiates leads through community events, networks, and seminars; tracks activities in CRM and schedules appointments.
• Build professional, empathetic relationships with families, guiding them through services and resolving concerns.
• Collaborates with management and staff to improve processes and service quality.
