Present Dignity Memorial planning guides using PPT to consumers.
Guide families through cemetery/pre-need options, listening and asking questions.
Prospect leads from community, networks, events; track CRM activity; some evenings/weekends.
Schedule appointments; prepare marketing materials for appointments.
Build relationships with families; provide service beyond expectations and assist aftercare.
