Job summary

SCI in Miami is seeking a sales professional to drive monthly revenue by presenting cemetery and pre-need services to families. You will build relationships, qualify leads, and schedule appointments while guiding clients through contracts with compassionate service.

Responsibilities include self-initiating community outreach, following up on referrals, and delivering service excellence. Evening and weekend availability may be required to engage families and close sales.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College coursework preferred.
• Sales experience preferred; CRM experience a plus.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Attain or exceed monthly sales revenue quota by presenting pre-need services and products to families.
• Self-initiates leads through community networks and schedules sales appointments.
• Guides families through options, explains contracts, and closes sales with service excellence.
• Collaborates with management and staff to improve processes and share family concerns.
