Job summary

SCI Brand in Houston, TX seeks a driven sales professional to generate revenue through presenting at-need cemetery and pre-need services. You will build relationships with families, manage CRM leads, and conduct follow-up to secure referrals and future business.

The role requires evenings/weekends, strong communication, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Base plus commission and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College coursework preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed monthly sales revenue quota by presenting services to families and guiding them through options.
• Self-initiate leads in the community and maintain activity in CRM to ensure productivity, including events, door-knocking, and seminars.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with families; assist during grief periods and provide ongoing service from initial contact through aftercare.
