Service Corporation International (SCI) seeks a sales-oriented professional to educate families on Dignity Memorial services and guide them through pre-need arrangements. You will develop community relationships, generate leads, and schedule appointments while meeting monthly quotas and adhering to licensing requirements.

The role requires strong communication, willingness to work evenings/weekends, and the ability to navigate CRM systems. Benefits and company support accompany the position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred.
• Funeral Directors License where required by state law; Life Insurance license may be required.
• Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
• Bilingual ability is a plus and Public speaking skills are valuable.

Responsibilities

• Attain monthly sales revenue quota by presenting services and guiding families through contracts.
• Self-initiate leads in the community and schedule appointments using CRM tracking.
• Build professional relationships with families and support them through grief services.
• Collaborate with management and staff to improve processes and service delivery.
• Maintain required licenses and stay updated on state regulations.
