Job summary

SCI is seeking a Sales Associate to drive monthly sales targets, build relationships within the community, and follow up on leads to schedule appointments. You will present funeral planning options, explain pre‑planning benefits, and guide families through cemetery grounds, ensuring tailored solutions and exceptional service.

Candidates should have strong sales experience, CRM familiarity, and the ability to work evenings and weekends. Licensing support is provided where required by state law.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred.
• Funeral Directors License where required by state law; Life Insurance license where required by state law; company will support licensing.
• Current state/province driver’s license with acceptable driving record; driving record may be checked.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets and generate qualified leads; follow up on leads to schedule appointments.
• Apply sales skills and present the Dignity Memorial Personal Planning Guide presentations to consumers.
• Present cemetery and pre‑need arrangements and explain benefits of pre‑planning; guide families through grounds or mausoleums and discuss options.
• Identify families’ needs and offer tailored solutions; provide service beyond expectations to build future sales.
