Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Must pass internal presentation certification within 30 days of hire.
• Evenings and weekends availability.
• Must be able to drive frequently.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation: prospecting 1-2 hours daily and obtaining referrals from families.
• Networks with community and civic groups to build relationships.
• Explains and presents to families served and referred families.
• Maintains activity levels to ensure productivity and follow through on requests.
• Builds trust-based relationships to earn referrals for future protection.
