The role requires evening/weekend availability, strong empathy, and the ability to build trust-based relationships while coordinating with funeral directors and cemetery staff to ensure seamless, compassionate service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of college or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead generation: prospect and obtain referrals; dedicate 1–2 hours daily to outreach.
• Explain and present cemetery services and pre-need options to families.
• Build relationships with families and respond to inquiries with empathy.
• Collaborate with funeral directors and cemetery staff to ensure seamless service.
• Follow up with families to ensure satisfaction and secure referrals.
