Responsibilities

Handle pre-litigation personal injury caseload including motor vehicle, trucking, and workplace injuries.
Conduct thorough investigations: police reports, medical records, witness statements, and other evidence.
Prepare and draft demand packages, settlement proposals, and pre-suit pleadings as needed.
Negotiate with insurance adjusters and defense counsel to resolve claims efficiently.
Counsel clients, provide updates on strategy, timelines, and settlement options; coordinate with medical providers and experts.
Manage case documents and deadlines using case management systems to ensure compliance.
