CyberCoders is seeking a Litigation Attorney in Texas with 3+ years of personal injury experience to join our onsite team. The attorney will handle pre-litigation, litigation, and trial prep for heavy case loads, including general liability matters.

Ideal candidates will have a JD from an ABA-accredited school, be in good standing with the state bar, and possess excellent client service, writing, and advocacy abilities.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active state bar membership in good standing.
• 3+ years of personal injury experience.
• Ability to manage a high volume of pre-litigation cases.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills.
• Self-starter with long-term career goals.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day handling of both pre-litigation and litigation cases.
• Drafting and filing of litigation documents including pleadings, discovery requests/responses, demands, motions and memoranda of law.
• Guide plaintiff clients through the case process.
• Interaction with expert witnesses including conferences, drafting of expert reports and affidavits.
• Attendance and preparation for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.
