Qualifications

• Active Texas license in good standing.
• 3–8 years of legal experience, with at least 2 years in personal injury.
• Experience in evaluating liability, working with medical records, and negotiating claims.

Responsibilities

• Manage a docket of personal injury pre-litigation cases in Dallas.
• Collaborate with treatment paralegals and providers for clients’ medical needs.
• Review and approve demand packages for comprehensive case presentation.
• Lead negotiations to maximize recovery and identify cases for litigation.
