Professional Alternatives is seeking a driven plaintiff’s personal injury attorney to join the Pre-Litigation Team in Dallas. This role targets an attorney with 1–3+ years of PI experience, capable of handling pre-litigation demand prep, negotiations, and client communications.

The right candidate will take ownership of cases, contribute to building the pre-litigation department, and help refine strategy and processes as the team grows, with real leadership opportunities ahead.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of personal injury experience, preferably on the plaintiff’s side.
• Experience handling cases through the pre-litigation process, including demand prep and negotiations.
• Strong legal writing, negotiation, organization and case-management skills.
• Client-first mindset focused on maximizing outcomes for injured clients.
• Initiative and judgment to take ownership of cases and improve team operations.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the pre-litigation department and refine strategy and processes.
• Mentor and develop the team as the department grows.
