Our well known plaintiff firm is seeking a client-focused Pre-Litigation Attorney to join a high-volume personal injury practice known for securing substantial recoveries in complex injury cases. This role focuses on managing cases from intake through settlement, with an emphasis on strategic case development, aggressive negotiation, and maximizing client outcomes before litigation is initiated.

About the Role:

The firm has a strong track record of achieving significant settlements and case results across motor vehicle accidents, workplace injuries, and catastrophic injury claims. Attorneys in this role are expected to build compelling cases early, leveraging medical documentation, liability analysis, and damages evaluation to position claims for optimal resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a docket of pre-litigation personal injury cases from intake to settlement
  • Conduct detailed liability and damages investigations, including reviewing police reports, medical records, and insurance policies
