Plaintiff-Side Personal Injury Litigation Attorney An established personal injury law firm in Dallas is seeking an experienced Plaintiff-Side Personal Injury Litigation Attorney for a full-time, direct-hire opportunity. The firm is looking for a PLUG-and-PLAY, full-cycle litigator who already knows how to litigate and can step into an existing personal injury litigation caseload. The firm will provide training on its systems, procedures, and internal processes, but this position is designed for an experienced attorney who does not need to be taught how to litigate or take depositions. The ideal candidate will have 6–10+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury experience and strong tenure with a reputable PI firm where they received substantive litigation training. Candidates with 5+ years of experience will be considered, as will exceptional more-senior attorneys. The firm handles meaningful personal injury cases and is seeking an attorney with substantive case-development experience rather than someone whose background has been limited to managing hundreds of lower-value cases in a high-volume environment.
