Professional Alternatives is partnering with a growing Plaintiff Personal Injury firm in the DFW area seeking a Litigation / Trial Attorney to join its team. The role handles cases from filing through trial, focusing on motor vehicle and commercial trucking matters.

Ideal candidates hold an active Texas Bar license with Plaintiff PI experience, strong deposition and courtroom skills, and the ability to independently manage a docket.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Bar license.
• Plaintiff Personal Injury litigation experience.
• Strong deposition and courtroom skills.
• Trial experience or a strong desire to take cases to verdict.
• Ability to independently manage and advance a litigation docket.

Responsibilities

• Manage a plaintiff PI litigation docket from filing through trial.
• Handle depositions, discovery, motions, hearings, and mediations.
• Develop case strategy and negotiate settlements.
• Prepare cases for trial and first-chair matters when appropriate.
• Work closely with paralegals and support staff to move cases efficiently.
• Maintain strong communication with clients throughout litigation.
