With $150M+ recovered and 5,000+ cases handled, they’re expanding both litigation and pre‑litigation teams and seeking a talented Personal Injury Attorney to make an impact from day one.
Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through resolution.
- Conduct client meetings, depositions, mediations, and court appearances.
- Draft and respond to discovery and motions; lead settlement negotiations.
- Oversee support staff, ensuring timely, high‑quality case progress.
- Advocate for clients with professionalism, strategy, and persistence.
Qualifications
- Licensed to practice in Texas (in good standing).
- 2–5 years of personal injury experience (pre‑litigation and/or litigation).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage deadlines, multitask, and work independently.
- Client‑focused, driven, and committed to excellence.
