Job summary

Finch is seeking a Case Manager to move pre-litigation opening claims forward, manage medical records, police reports, and lien issues. You’ll work with attorneys and paralegals to provide complete, timely information while coordinating with carriers.

Role supports West Coast clients on Pacific Time, with remote options; strong organizational skills and PI law familiarity preferred; bilingual Spanish/English a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in personal injury (PI) law, legal operations, case management, or claims handling.
• Process-driven and detail-oriented.
• Communicate effectively with both clients and attorneys.
• Thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred, not required.
• Able to work Pacific Time hours.

Responsibilities

• Open insurance claims and manage communication with carriers.
• Request, track, and follow up on medical records and police reports.
• Monitor lien and subrogation issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Partner with lead paralegals to prepare cases for demand drafting.
• Identify and fix operational bottlenecks.
