DM Injury Law, LLC is seeking a highly organized Pre-Litigation Case Manager to support attorneys from intake through pre-litigation. The role emphasizes keeping cases organized, timely communication, and moving matters forward efficiently.

Excellent phone etiquette and professional communication are essential as you regularly speak with clients, answer questions, and provide case updates. Training is provided; prior legal experience is not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 1+ year of customer service, administrative, or office experience.
• Polished telephone and email communication skills.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients daily by phone, email, and other channels.
• Manage a high number of cases (200+) and help keep them moving forward.
• Track cases from start to finish to ensure steady progress.
