Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service, administrative, or office experience.
• Polished telephone and email communication skills are critical.
• Ability to manage a high-volume workload while staying organized.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients daily by phone, email, and other channels.
• Manage a high number of cases (200+) and keep them on track.
• Prepare case documents and gather supporting information.
