Qualifications

• Licensed attorney in Colorado.
• Willing to meet with clients on-site and off-site.

Responsibilities

• Work within a dynamic and fast-paced team environment.
• Communicate with insurance adjusters, government entities, corporations, etc.
• Draft correspondence to insurance companies and other parties with accuracy.
• Gather and analyze evidence to maximize case value.
• Help clients progress their case toward favorable resolution.
• Build client relationships during pre-litigation.
• Conduct investigations and legal research.
• Review demand letters and participate in pre-litigation mediations.
