Job summary

Adams & Martin Group in Colorado is seeking an experienced Associate Litigation Attorney to handle diverse matters in a hybrid environment (2 days WFH/week). The ideal candidate will manage cases independently while collaborating with partners and team members to deliver high-quality legal services.

The firm values strong advocacy, rigorous research, and the ability to balance multiple deadlines in a fast-paced setting. Colorado bar admission and 2–7 years of relevant litigation are required.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Licensed and in good standing with the Colorado State Bar.
• 2–7 years of litigation experience in business/commercial, real estate, employment, or school law.
• Proven track record litigating in Colorado state and federal courts.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage litigation matters from inception through resolution, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery.
• Appear and advocate in Colorado state and federal courts for hearings, trials, and other proceedings.
• Conduct thorough research on statutes, case law, and regulations relevant to business, commercial, real estate, employment, and school law.
• Maintain strong client relationships by providing timely updates, strategic advice, and clear communication.
• Engage in negotiations and settlement discussions to resolve disputes efficiently.
• Work closely with partners and team members on complex cases while demonstrating the ability to handle assignments independently.
• Ensure adherence to professional and ethical standards in all aspects of legal practice.
