Hall & Evans, LLC, one of Colorado's oldest and most reputable trial firms, seeks an experienced Civil Litigation Associate Attorney to join as a Generalist. Hybrid schedule with three days in-office and two days remote from Denver.

The role offers exposure to depositions, court appearances, client interaction, and business development in a collegial, business casual environment in Downtown Denver.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in Colorado (required).
• Civil Litigation experience preferred.
• Strong work ethic and proven case management skills.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Exceptional research and writing skills.
• Ability to travel for matters.
• Experience with depositions, trials, and pre-trial motions.

Responsibilities

• Take and defend depositions; appear in court on civil matters.
• Work with clients and develop business opportunities.
• Collaborate with colleagues in a collegial, business casual environment.
• Support pre-trial discovery and motion practice.
