Qualifications

• 2+ years of personal injury pre-litigation preferred.
• Typing speed of 50+ preferred.
• Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with providers and clients during the course of treatment.
• Daily interaction with existing clients.
• Obtain documents necessary to support claims.
• Interact with insurance carriers and healthcare providers to secure records.
• Maintain case files.
• Prepare comprehensive demands for submission to insurance carriers.
• Manage case files under the direction of attorneys.

Skills

Strong writing and communication skills

Highly organized

Fluent in Spanish and English (preferred)

Experience preparing demand packages

Education
