BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Pre-Litigation Associate - Of Counsel for a fully remote role available nationwide, including Milwaukee, WI. You will handle pre-litigation tasks such as demand letters, requests for records, and agency matters.

Qualified candidates have CA bar admission, strong drafting and research skills, and experience in employment litigation. The role demands high organization, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Admission to the California State Bar and compliance with ethical requirements.
• Good standing status.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in California employment litigation for Associate role.
• At least 9+ years of relevant experience for Of Counsel role, with first chair capacity.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize, balance demands, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication, legal research, and drafting skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Independently respond to demand letters, requests for records, and agency/administrative charges.
• Assess claims and provide analysis to clients and carriers.
• Engage in direct client and carrier contact for response handling.
• Participate in settlement activities, including mediations.
• Collaborate with the Professional Development team for client work product delivery.
• Complete administrative tasks as assigned by firm leadership.
