Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Pre-Litigation Associate - Of Counsel (Remote) to join a law firm team. The role handles pre-litigation matters, including demand letters, records requests, and agency charges, with nationwide remote eligibility.

The candidate will assess claims, perform legal research, engage with clients and carriers, and participate in mediations, reporting to management and collaborating with the Professional Development team.

The role involves handling pre-litigation matters, including demand letters, requests for records, and agency/administrative charges.

DutiesIndependently

RequirementsAdmission

• to the CA state bar and compliance with ethical requirements.
• Good standing with the bar.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in California employment litigation for Associate role.
• At least 9 years of relevant experience for Of Counsel level.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize, balance demands, and meet deadlines.
• Exceptional communication and legal research skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.

EducationJuris

Doctor (JD) degree.
