Job summary

Steadfastalliance seeks a detail‑oriented Sales Estimator to manage incoming leads, respond to inquiries, and develop comprehensive proposals for landscape projects. You will review RFPs, prepare plant lists, irrigation estimates, and cost breakdowns, coordinating with Project Managers to finalize pricing.

Required skills include reading site plans, knowledge of landscape construction, and proficiency with estimating software and Excel.

Qualifications

Ability to read and interpret landscape construction plans and blueprints.
Experience with estimating software, Excel, and proposal writing tools.
Familiarity with local county landscaping regulations and permitting processes.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Ability to work independently and with internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

Lead & Prospect Management: Monitor and respond to daily emails regarding new leads and prospective clients.
Review and analyze RFPs to understand client needs, specifications, and project scope.
Prepare detailed, customized proposals including plant lists, irrigation components, grading and soil costs, and labor estimates.
Collaborate with Project Managers to review proposals and finalize pricing.
Maintain organized records of all client communications, proposals, and project notes; ensure accuracy and compliance.
