Job summary

Steadfast Alliance in Florida is seeking a Landscape Estimator to produce timely, accurate cost information for landscape projects by evaluating construction sites, plans, and specifications. You will develop detailed proposals for the sales and operations teams and work closely with the Sales Team, Project Managers, Vendors and Subcontractors.

This role requires reading plans, budget development, and familiarity with AutoCAD and Adobe products, along with strong math, detail orientation, and

Qualifications

• Experience reading and interpreting plans and specs.
• Experience developing proposals and estimates.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Adobe tools.
• Strong math, time management and communication.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret plans and specs for estimates.
• Gather data from sites and proposals for bids.
• Develop estimates and proposals in an integrated system.
• Manage bid calendar and deadlines with team.
