Job summary

Steadfastalliance in Florida seeks a Landscape Estimator to produce timely, accurate cost information for landscape projects by evaluating sites, plans, and specifications. You will collaborate with the Sales Team, Project Managers, Vendors, and Subcontractors to develop detailed proposals for the sales and operations team.

Responsibilities include plan take-offs, budgeting, bid calendar management, and delivering detailed proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or associate degree in the Landscape Industry or a related Construction Field preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years estimating experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reading and interpreting plans and specifications.
• Reviewing sites and gathering information for proposals.
• Completing plan take-offs for proposals.
• Developing estimates and proposals for landscape projects.
• Managing bid calendar and deadlines for proposals.
• Communicating with vendors, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Working with Sales and Project Managers on budgets and value engineering.
• Providing risk assessment and feedback to operations.
