Job summary

R+L Carriers is seeking a Pre-Clerk to join the Phoenix, AZ Service Center. Responsibilities include handling a multi-line phone system, directing calls, data entry, processing driver paperwork, and supporting dispatchers.

PTO becomes available after 90 days; benefits include medical/dental/vision and 401(k) with company match, plus access to employee resorts. Requirements include multitasking, 30 WPM typing, reliability, and basic computer proficiency.

Qualifications

• Ability to multitask with a sense of urgency.
• Typing speed of 30 words per minute with accuracy.
• Dependable and well-organized.
• Must be computer literate.
• Strong office, telephone, and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Windows, Outlook and other Microsoft products.
• 2+ years of experience as a clerk or similar role in a fast-paced environment (preferred).
• Freight logistics experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Answer calls on a multi-line system and redirect to appropriate contacts.
• Perform data entry and process driver paperwork.
• Assist dispatchers with daily tasks as requested by management.
