R+L Carriers in Arlington, TN is seeking a Pre-Clerk for the 4:00pm–10:00pm shift. You will answer calls on a multi-line system, perform data entry, process driver paperwork, and assist dispatchers to keep operations running smoothly.

This part-time role demands fast multitasking, accuracy (typing 30 WPM), and solid computer skills in Windows and Outlook. Preferred candidates have 2+ years as a clerk in a fast-paced setting and some freight logistics experience; vacation after 90 days is

Qualifications

• Ability to multitask and have a sense of urgency.
• Type at least 30 WPM with accuracy.
• Dependable and well-organized; must be computer literate.
• Strong office, telephone and communication skills; basic Microsoft knowledge.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities will include answering calls on a multi-line system, redirecting calls to appropriate contacts, data entry, processing driver paperwork, and assisting dispatchers. Other duties may apply as requested by management.

Requirements

• Ability to multitask and have a sense of urgency

• Possess strong office, telephone, and communication skills
• Basic knowledge or Windows, Outlook and other Microsoft products
