Job summary

R+L Carriers has an immediate opening for a Pre-Clerk in Otsego, MN. This part-time role runs Monday–Friday, 1pm–9pm (end time dependent on workload). Pay is $20.42 per hour with PTO available immediately and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities include answering calls, data entry, processing driver paperwork, and aiding dispatchers. Qualifications include multitasking ability, 30 WPM typing, dependability, computer literacy, and solid Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities will include answering calls on a multi-line system, redirecting calls to appropriate contacts, data entry, processing driver paperwork, and assisting dispatchers. Other duties may apply as requested by management.

Requirements

• Ability to multitask and have a sense of urgency
• Ability to type 30 WPM with accuracy
• Dependable and well-organized
• Must be computer literate
• Possess strong office, telephone, and communication skills
• Basic knowledge or Windows, Outlook and other Microsoft products

Preferred

• 2+ years of experience as a clerk or similar role in a fast pace environment
