Qualifications

• Minimum HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Less than 1 year HR-related experience preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent time-management to handle competing tasks.
• Ability to collaborate across HR, IT, and management.
• Knowledge of onboarding processes, employment verification, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Interact with coworkers and visitors in line with Jefferson Health values.
• Serve as primary contact for pre-boarding hires, TAPs, and Occupational Health.
• Support TA pre-boarding processes for clients and ensure service delivery satisfaction.
• Partner with TA Team, Occupational Health, HRIT, and HRSC to address issues.
• Implement TA Pre-Boarding tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Act as point person for I-9 verification.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
