Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia seeks an entry‑level Human Resource Coordinator to provide hands‑on support to the Human Resources Business Partner. The role partners with HRBPs to ensure data accuracy and smooth onboarding and offboarding throughout the employee lifecycle.

You will compile, track, and report core workforce metrics such as turnover and headcount, assist with investigations and case documentation in Employee Relations and Labor Relations, and manage calendars,

Qualifications

• 2 years administrative assistant experience with demonstrated proficiency in administrative tasks.
• Advanced training in Word Processing, Spreadsheets, and Kronos is highly desired.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Supports and coordinates team activities, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Maintains calendars, schedules, and prepares correspondence and minutes.
• Provides data entry support for benefits and retirement information and quarterly reporting.
• Monitors HR benefits content and maintains the benefits website.
• Assists with onboarding, offboarding, and compliance touchpoints across the employee lifecycle.
• Interacts with coworkers and visitors in alignment with university values.
