Qualifications

• Two (2) years of responsible clerical work experience in the preparation and processing of payroll records, vouchers, invoices, statements, and related claims transactions.
• Substitution of education for experience: Fifteen (15) semester credits with accounting/auditing content may substitute for six months of experience, up to two years.
• If using education as substitute, submit transcripts or diploma with application.

Responsabilités

• Pre-audits and processes a variety of vouchered or payroll claims against the Judiciary.
• Pre-audit Clerk I level handles routine claims independently and assists in more complex claims under supervision.
