Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of responsible clerical work experience in the preparation and processing of payroll documents/forms and/or vouchers, invoices and statements.
• Ability to read, understand and follow oral and written instructions; communicate orally and in writing; and make arithmetic computations.

Responsibilities

• Performs the full range of clerical pre-auditing work in a large department involving vouchering claims and/or payroll claims, regulations, rules, policies and procedures; and performs other related duties as assigned.
