Counseling Speaks is seeking a part-time or contract Practice Technology & Systems Specialist in Park Ridge, IL. You will manage Google Workspace, TherapyNotes, and Gusto, ensuring secure, connected, and efficient technology across the private mental health practice.

The ideal candidate can set up users, manage permissions, maintain integrations, troubleshoot issues, and document key workflows for staff and leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience with Google Workspace administration.
• Experience with TherapyNotes or another mental health practice management system.
• Experience with Gusto payroll and HR integrations.
• Experience managing user accounts, permissions, and access.
• Understanding of software integrations and workflows.
• Privacy and security awareness when handling sensitive health data.

Responsabilités

• Manage and organize Google Workspace.
• Set up Gmail, Drive, Calendar, user accounts, permissions, and shared folders.
• Help manage TherapyNotes and other practice management tools.
• Set up new therapists and staff in the appropriate systems.
• Manage access and permissions when staff join or leave.
• Help manage Gusto from a systems perspective.
• Maintain integrations between Google Workspace, TherapyNotes, Gusto, and other software.
• Troubleshoot technology and integration issues.
• Work with software vendors or support teams when needed.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive administrative tasks.
• Document workflows and procedures.
• Help improve the practice's technology systems as the practice grows.
