We are seeking an organized independent contractor to support day‑to‑day operations for a growing group counseling practice in Illinois.

Practice Operations Contractor – Illinois Group Counseling Practice

Responsibilities:

• Manage administrative projects and practice workflows
• Maintain information and documentation in TherapyNotes
• Assist with Gusto-related payroll/contractor administration
• Organize files, forms, and communications through Google Workspace
• Support scheduling, onboarding, and general practice projects
• Identify and improve administrative processes

Pay:

30-40/hour, project-based. Approximately 5-10 hours per week, depending on workload.

Ideal candidate:

Experience in behavioral health, medical practice administration, or private practice operations. Familiarity with TherapyNotes, Gusto, and Google Workspace preferred.
