Job summary

Counseling Speaks is seeking a project-based Practice Marketing Contractor in Illinois to support marketing and administrative projects for a growing counseling practice. You will create materials, update the website and referrals, design simple newsletters and flyers, organize files, and assist with growth initiatives.

The ideal candidate has strong writing, organizational skills, and experience with Google Workspace; experience in healthcare or private practice marketing is a plus.

We are seeking a project-based contractor to support marketing and administrative projects for a growing counseling practice.

Responsibilities:

• Create and update practice materials using Google Workspace
• Assist with website, referral, and provider information updates
• Create simple newsletters, flyers, and referral materials
• Organize marketing files and tracking spreadsheets
• Support special practice-growth projects

Pay:

30–40/hour or150–500 per defined project.

Ideal candidate:

Strong writing, organization, and Google Workspace skills. Experience marketing healthcare, counseling, or private practice is a plus.
