Job summary

Banner Health seeks a Senior Manager to lead operations at the TOCA Orthopedics Clinic. You will oversee day-to-day clinic operations, guide clinical teams, manage budgets, and ensure exceptional patient care. You will partner with physicians and market leaders to drive performance, staff engagement, and quality measures.

You will advance Banner's Integrated Service Model while collaborating across departments to deliver seamless patient experiences and community health impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, finance or related field.
• Entrepreneurial spirit; able to lead a small business within an integrated healthcare system.
• At least 2 years of related experience with key performance metrics.
• Ability to develop, implement and adjust an operational vision.
• Strong collaboration, communication, decision-making and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a changing environment.
• Arizona Fingerprint Clearance/Card may be required for certain settings.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of large or multi-site outpatient clinics.
• Ensure financial viability through budgeting, payroll, supplies and charge capture.
• Promote employee and physician engagement; lead staff development.
• Ensure compliance with accrediting bodies and government regulations.
• Build community partnerships and support Banner's brand positioning.
• Lead quality initiatives and service-excellence projects across the practice.
