Corewell Health is seeking a leader to direct a care team at the Grand Haven site. You will oversee patient flow, train staff, and coordinate with providers and management to optimize operations. The role emphasizes HR duties, coaching, and adherence to policy while driving cost-effective, high-quality patient care.
The position is full-time with standard hours; you will monitor performance, manage staffing, and contribute to ongoing process improvements in a busy medical group setting.

Supports charge capture processing, standard work, process improvement and practice staffing. Manages team members performance and development and ensures policy adherence.
