Corewell Health Grand Haven is seeking a capable supervisor to direct team activities, ensure optimal patient flow, and support staff development. You will train team members, liaise with providers and the practice manager, and oversee staffing, scheduling, and daily operations to maintain high-quality patient care.
The role includes HR-related duties such as interviewing and performance reviews, with a focus on cost-effective, compliant operations.
Directs the activities of team members within assigned area and ensures the delivery of optimal patient flow and patient satisfaction. Trains team members and serves as a liaison between providers, team members and practice manager in daily operations. Supports charge capture processing, standard work, process improvement and practice staffing. Manages team members performance and development and ensures policy adherence.
