Qualifications

• 10+ years in patient- and customer-centric administrative or operations roles in a medical setting.
• Onsite role in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
• Proficient in EMR systems (Jane.app).
• Highly detailed-oriented and process-driven.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day practice operations and patient experience.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
• Develop standard operating procedures as the practice grows.
• Serve as primary ops problem-solver across the practice.
• Coach staff on patient communication and service excellence.
• Lead marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and patient acquisition.
• Oversee social media and community engagement.
• Monitor marketing performance, budgets, and operational metrics.
• Read and analyze the PNL (revenues, costs, and expenses).
• Ensure HIPAA, OSHA, and healthcare regulations compliance.
