Platinum Dermatology Partners seeks a Practice Manager to lead a busy dermatology clinic, shaping goals, budgets, and patient service standards. You will supervise staff, manage revenue cycles, and collaborate with physicians to ensure high-quality care and efficient operations.

The role requires dermatology experience, strong leadership, and the ability to coordinate across departments, with responsibility for scheduling, staffing, and compliance. Plano-based, full-time position.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or Bachelor's in Business is preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years medical office management is required.
• Dermatology and cosmetic experience is required.
• Knowledge of CPT and ICD-10 coding is required.
• Knowledge of managed care, Medicare, and Medicaid guidelines is required.
• Knowledge of NextGen or EMA computer programs and applications is required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinic operations and define mission, goals, budgeting, and performance standards.
• Monitor expenditures and inventory; ensure efficient supply usage.
• Provide physician reports and consult as needed.
• Develop staffing schedules and recruit with HR; manage overtime and coverage.
• Coordinate marketing and outreach with referring providers and clinics.
