You will lead administrative and clinical operations after hours and report to management to optimize patient care. The ideal candidate has an RN license, 3+ years of nursing leadership experience, and proficiency in Cerner EMR, Excel, and Outlook.

Qualifications

• 3+ nursing experience including supervisory/charge nurse or leadership role.
• Bachelor of Nursing (RN) required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate resources to address unanticipated hospital situations.
• Supervise employees and initiate disciplinary actions as needed.
• Review hospital policies and procedures and ensure adherence.
• Collaborate with directors to coordinate hospital activities.
• Ensure patient care practices are followed and report discrepancies.
